Author Guidelines
JGRMS invites researchers, academics, and professionals to submit high-quality manuscripts that contribute to the advancement of multidisciplinary knowledge. Please adhere to the following guidelines to ensure a smooth submission and publication process.
Article Types
We accept the following categories of manuscripts:
- Research Articles
- Review Articles
- Mini-Reviews
- Research Articles with Questionnaire Applications
- Technical Note
Submission Process
Template Requirement
To maintain consistency and streamline the review process, all manuscripts must be formatted using our provided Microsoft Word template. Submissions not adhering to this template may be returned for correction.

Online Submission
Submit your manuscript through our online portal at JGRMS Submission Portal. Ensure that all required fields and documents are completed.
Special Issues
We welcome proposals for special issues focusing on specific, well-defined themes. Proposals should include:
- Title of the special issue.
- Rationale and relevance of the theme.
- Submission deadline for authors.
Special issues must comprise at least 30 articles, and all submissions will undergo the standard peer-review process. For inquiries, contact editor.jgrms@saanvipublications.com.
Manuscript Formatting
Language: All manuscripts must be written in English.
Word Processor: Microsoft Word for Windows.
Font: Calibri, size 10 (no bold text).
Spacing: Single-line spacing (1.0).
Scientific Style:
- Quantities must be expressed in SI units.
- Use internationally recognized scientific terminology.
- Italicize genus and species names.
Manuscript Structure
- Title: Capitalize only the first letter of the first word.
- Abstract: 250–300 words summarizing the objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
- Keywords: Provide 3–6 keywords not included in the title.
- Introduction: Present the purpose of the research and a brief literature review.
- Materials and Methods: Provide sufficient detail to enable replication.
- Results: Present findings concisely using tables and figures where necessary.
- Discussion: Interpret results in the context of existing research. Results and discussion can be combined.
- Acknowledgments (optional): Mention contributors, funding sources, or institutions.
- Declaration of Interest:
- If none: "The authors declare no conflicts of interest."
- If applicable: Disclose all personal or financial relationships.
- Funding:
- If funded: List funding organizations.
- If not funded: "This research did not receive any financial support."
- Ethical Considerations:
- For studies with questionnaires: Confirm participant consent was obtained.
- For review articles: State "Not applicable."
- References:
- Include only cited works, formatted in APA style.
- Use Calibri font, size 8, single-line spacing.
References and Citation Style
In-Text Citations
Follow APA style for in-text citations with minor modifications.
- Single Author: (Smith, 2019) or Smith (2019).
- Two Authors: (Johnson & Lee, 2020) or Johnson and Lee (2020).
- Three or More Authors: (Ahmed et al., 2023) or Ahmed et al. (2023).
Reference List
References should be alphabetized by the first author’s surname. Examples:

All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process. Authors will receive feedback within 6–8 weeks.
